David Strupp
Managing Director, Co-Head of Healthcare Investment Banking

David is a managing director and Co-Head of the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Lucid Capital Markets. David has over 30 years of dedicated healthcare investment banking experience. During his career, David has completed numerous transactions across a range of products, including M&A advisory, equity and equity-linked offerings, private placements and fixed income transactions, totaling over $40 billion in transaction value. David began his career on Wall Street working in the healthcare groups at UBS, Montgomery Securities and Citigroup. More recently, David has worked as a senior member of the healthcare groups at boutique investment banks, including Ladenburg Thalmann, ThinkEquity and Canaccord. David received a BA in Economics from Bates College and an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics
Frank Romano

Frank joined Lucid in 2024 as a Vice President in the Healthcare Investment Banking team where he focuses on M&A and capital markets advisory. Prior to joining Lucid, Frank was a member of the investment banking teams at Ladenburg Thalmann, Roth Capital Partners and Seaport Global. Frank received a B.S. in Information Science from Cornell University.

Vlad currently serves as Managing Director & Co-Head of Healthcare Investment Banking for Lucid Capital Markets. Vlad has over 15 years of investment banking and capital markets experience, and previously served as Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Ladenburg Thalmann. Over his career, Vlad has worked with numerous life sciences companies assisting them in a broad cross-section of transaction types, including M&A advisory, equity and equity-linked offerings, private placements and fixed income transactions. Vlad has completed over 30 strategic transactions as well as over 350 financing transactions in his career, raising in excess of $11 billion. Vlad holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration is Financial Analysis, from the University at Albany.
Cameron Gray

Cameron recently joined Lucid as Managing Director and brings over ten years of investment banking experience to Lucid, with a specialized focus in biotechnology and life sciences. Cameron joins Lucid from Paulson Investment Company, where he served as Managing Director. Prior to Paulson, Cameron held similar positions at National Securities and MDB Capital Group. Before his investment banking career, Cameron previously served as Senior Vice President at ICAP Patent Brokerage, LLC. He earned his Ph.D. in biophysics from the University of Virginia, his J.D. from George Washington University School of Law, and his B.A. in physics from Princeton University.
